Are you passionate about IT Service Management and looking for a role where you can optimize global IT processes and elevate business application services to the next level?

Join our international IT team and help us build a best-in-class ITSM strategy for our Enterprise Applications. With your expertise in ITIL-based service processes, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) for Enterprise Applications
  • Develop and enhance ITSM processes in accordance with ITIL standards
  • Ensure high service quality and efficiency for IT processes, especially for ERP and Business Applications
  • Lead and coordinate Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
  • Proactively monitor IT services to detect and address potential bottlenecks or system failures early
  • Work closely with internal business units, international IT teams, and external service providers
  • Implement measures for continuous service improvement and process automation
  • Track SLAs and KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights
  • Support the implementation of new ITSM tools and automation strategies

Profile

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally focused on Enterprise Applications and ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology (certification is a plus)
  • Experience in managing IT service providers and working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured and proactive approach
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration. A good knowledge in German is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
